10 days till race day
Santa Rosa is actually my “A” race for this year. I suppose I’m saving the best for last.
The swim is a bit more challenging since it’s in The Gulf Of Mexico, the bike is longer which suits me perfectly, and the temperatures will be moderate and therefore the run should be….
Well, the run will be the run.
The goal here is to really open things up as I don’t have to worry about injuries or another training block since this is the final hoo-rah.
No more playing it safe and saving it for another day.
No siree, it’s going to be 90 minutes (hopefully more like 75-80) of balls to the wall max effort!
That’s my story anyway and I’m sticking to it!
